Starting to look like a “proper” Football Stadium! They should be ready for us Fans for the Met Police Game according to Tim.

On another subject, very disappointed with the crowd last night, then saw the other attendances, maybe Footy on TV and so cold, expected?

I don't wish to sound like a stuck record but the inaccessibility of the ground (particularly by public transport) and its poor facilities doesn't help.

Had the game been played at Church Road (with its short walk from the town centre, bus routes that passed the venue and warm, welcoming clubhouse) you could have added probably another 100 to the crowd.

A long walk on a cold night and a can of beer in a broom cupboard is not very appealing.

Nice to see some progress but there's a long way to go before calling it a "proper" football ground.

Hence the word “ starting”
