Nice to be back @ the Skyex today. Pitch looked great. Quite a good game as well, although first half I don't think Cray remembered it was only a friendly!

I'm hoping we'll be competitive enough to push for top 6. I don't think we've had our best team play together yet so it's hard to judge from the friendlies really.

My only concern is the forward line. There doesn't seem to be enough depth should we pick up an injury.

Roll on saturday to a potentially very tough opposition Taunton. :footy2

Our pitch has always been top draw. Well done to all involved. Based on last season you'd like to think we'll be up there in the play-offs.

There are some very good teams in our league who proved they are difficult to beat last season.

A good start would help to boost the confidence of the squad...

Top four finish would be very nice.

Jobber, I'm becoming confused.

I am aware that you have a season ticket for Brentford.

You have also stated (maybe mischievously) that you are awaiting a season ticket for Hanwell.

You now refer to the League that Hayes are in as 'our league'.

Throw in your fondness for a side that haven't won the League since 1961, then you'll soon have more clubs than Tiger Woods.

Mr R your observation skills are very impressive indeed, all that training has not gone to waste!

Hope to see you sometime soon.

After watching some of the pre season games not a lot.

It is vitally important that Hayes get off to a solid start this year. Hayes do not want to play catch up, and a strong squad with real depth is a must. Games will come thick and fast this season and a lot of rotation maybe required.

A difficult away tie in the cup has not helped and it would be great to emulate last seasons cup run and the much needed funds it generates.

Hayes were the inform team when lock down occurred and to be honest the teams I have seen so far do not match that side.

At least we can watch the games at the moment and I am hoping that Paul Hughes gets the backing from the board to assemble a strong squad for which is going to be an extremely challenging season.
