Looks like a good ticketing arrangement to me, much better than for Oxford, although issues for that match were handled well by the club.

While being in the first round of the FA Cup is fantastic for club and fans, it must be a lot of work for the volunteers who are busy keeping the club running even during "quiet" times, so thanks to all those people if they pop in here.

If anyone knows the capacity of the ground, as permitted by the powers that be, for this match, it would be interesting to know!

I heard mention a number just short of 2,000.

I think you must mean 3,000 as surely ‘just short of 2,000’ would just fill the stand with a scattering around the perimeter terrace.

I was led to believe that the stand holds just over 1200 so a capacity of 2000 may be right

So, you’re saying we play in a ground with a smaller capacity to AFC Hayes??

Why is standing room so restricted? Obviously we only have X amount of seats in the stand but could fit a lot of people in the other three sides of the ground. I had the same opinion for the Oxford game and the ground looked a bit sparse for that one on TV

I've heard the new gate installed opposite the stand now allows for 2500.

The figure is done in conjunction with the council and they sign off the certificate. A lot of credit must go to those in the background who managed to get us up to 1950.
